Commercial, civil, criminal, and labor litigation; dispute resolutions ranging from intra-corporate, maritime collisions, property, family relations, intellectual property and contract enforcement; contract negotiation and drafting; real estate, mining and gas supply transactions; and, immigration and tax concerns.
Professional Activities
Gem began his career as an Associate of BMBGG Law as part of the Litigation, Labor, and Immigration Departments. In January 2006, he joined GSE Law Firm and was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2010.
Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.
